SmartHub is EnerStar’s robust online billing and payment system which provides 24-hour access to your electric account. Members can view billing statements and consumption history, securely pay your account online and even report a power with a click of a button. Just some of the options include enrolling in paperless billing (and receive a $5 bill credit), enroll in autopay options and manage multiple accounts with a single payment. To download the free app, search for “SmartHub” at either the Apple Store or GooglePlay store and then enter “EnerStar Electric Cooperative” as the provider. The login information is the same for both the web and mobile app.
EnerStar members looking for another option to manage and pay for electricity usage can choose PrePaid Electric. Prepay is just what it sounds like - you pay for electricity prior to using it. Starting a prepay account requires just a $25 deposit and a minimum of $75 in your prepay account. Flexible payments can be made at the EnerStar office, by phone at 888-999-4201 or on the “Manage My Account” link on our website or through a free SmartHub app for your mobile devices. Payments are also accepted at several remote locations, some of which are 24/7, for a small nominal fee. All payments are posted to your account within 15 minutes. Members can sign up for email and text notifications for daily balances and low balances.
