Annual Meeting News

New date. New location. New dining experience.

This year’s meeting will be held at the Paris High School complex. An evening meal, catered by Front Street Market, will be served in the school’s cafeteria from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. The meeting will commence at 6:30 in school’s 500-seat theater, the Paris Center of Fine Arts. There will be ample signage and parking to direct members at the new location.

Director Elections

Member-owners of the cooperative vote to decide who serves on the cooperative board of directors. A co-op director is a fellow member just like you. He or she represents your district and is your voice in the cooperative.

The official notice of the meeting was mailed to all active members in late April. Included in the mailing is the proper ballot for your district, annual meeting news and proposed bylaw changes that will be voted on at the meeting.

Completed ballots should be placed and sealed in the ballot return envelope. Ballots can be returned one of two ways:

  1. Mailed or hand-delivered to the EnerStar office and must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Ballots received in the mail or in the office after that date will be null and void.

  2. Or, ballots may be brought to the Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at the Paris High School Complex

Proposed Bylaw Considerations

This year, the official notice includes proposed bylaw changes that will be voted upon by the membership at the annual meeting.
