Mobile App, Outage Reporting and Energy Use Reports available electronically

SmartHub, an online service and free mobile, delivers accurate, timely account information and allows members to make payments in a secure environment with the touch of a button.  The two-way communication is available with SmartHub which allows you to notify us of account and service issues while providing us a way to let you know about special programs, events and more.

Additional SmartHub features include: 

  • Sign up for recurring payments
  • View daily and monthly electric usage with temperature overlay
  • Update your member contact information
  • Receive helpful account notifications like payment reminders or high usage
  • Connect to EnerStar’s social media feeds


Smart Phone App

A free SmartHub app will be available for download at Apple© and GooglePlay© app markets. Once installed, simply type “EnerStar Electric Cooperative” in the search field as the provider. New users will need to register their account. 

Report Power Outages

With SmartHub, the days of calling the cooperative to report a power outage are a thing of the past! Smart Hub is fully integrated with EnerStar’s Outage Management System (OMS) and members may report their power outage through their mobile device. In addition, members will be able to view up-to-date power outage communications through a map on the coop's website. 


Energy Use Reports

One of the most innovative options is the ability to see detailed information on the past energy consumption. This helps the user evaluate consumption patterns, compare use between different periods, and even spot problems if the energy use changes dramatically. The data is shown in graphic form indicating daily and monthly kilowatt hours (kWh). Users can also place markers on their accounts to note where a change in usage may occur. That way, the member can see if the change increased or decreased energy consumption.
