Whether it be due to an illness or the loss of employment, we realize there are times when it might be hard to pay your electric bill. In those instances, please contact our Member Services Department at 800-635-4145 as soon as possible to discuss payment arrangements and deferred payment plans. We may have options and programs to assist you.
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
LIHEAP is designed to assist eligible households with their energy services. The amount of payment is determined by income, household size, fuel type, and geographic location. In EnerStar service territory, LIHEAP funds are administered through the Embarras River Basin Agency (ERBA). Visit their website or contact them directly to learn more.
