Directors - Members Serving Members
Each year, the co-op membership elects fellow members to serve on the 9-person Board of Directors. There are three Voting Districts, each containing three Representative Districts. Directors serve three-year terms.
Board members attend monthly committee and regular meetings and receive ongoing training regarding our ever-changing electric industry. They develop the co-op's strategic plan, approve policies and budgets, and hire a CEO to oversee the co-op's day-to-day operations. Below is information on the current board and the districts they represent.

Interested in learning more about becoming a director?
Any active member who meets the membership-established eligibility criteria and resides in the appropriate district may apply for a directorship. A map and legal descriptions of each district are provided below. If you’re unsure which district you reside in, please call our office at 800-635-4145.
