Board of Directors
Our cooperative is governed by a Board of Directors elected by and from the membership. The service territory is divided into three voting districts, with three representative seats allocated to each district, for a total of nine board members. The Board meets monthly to conduct the business of the cooperative on behalf of its members. Below you will find a schedule of upcoming board meetings, along with agendas and approved minutes from past meetings.
