If you want more flexibility with you electric bills, EnerStar provides two alternative billing methods - Budget Billing and PrePay Electric - in addition to the traditional billing method.

Drive up and use our 24-hour payment box located in the front of EnerStar’s parking lot. Payments received after 7:00 am are posted the next business day.

EnerStar members can use InComm or MoneyGram to make instant cash payments toward their bill statement.
Locations include Walmart, Dollar General, CVS, Speedway, and more. The provider charges a nominal fee.
Whether it be due to an illness or the loss of employment, we realize there are times when it might be hard to pay your electric bill. In those instances, please contact our Member Services Department at (800) 635-4145, as soon as possible to discuss payment arrangements and deferred payment plans. We may have option and programs to assist you.
LIHEAP is designed to assist eligible households with their energy services. The amount of payment is determined by income, household size, fuel type, and geographic location. In EnerStar service territory, LIHEAP funds are administered through the Embarras River Basin Agency (ERBA). Visit their website or contact them directly to learn more.
