Member Feedback Important to Us

At EnerStar Electric Cooperative, we are eager to hear from our co-op membership. Whether you text us, comment on a social media post, or stop by to chat in person, we appreciate your feedback. Connecting with you helps us better understand the priorities of our members and the communities we serve.

Because we are a not-for-profit co-op, we have a different way of operating. Sure, EnerStar exists to provide safe, reliable, and affordable energy to our co-op membership. But we're more than just an energy provider. We're a part of this community and here to improve the quality of life of the members we serve.

We encourage our members to provide feedback throughout the year. We recently had our annual meeting, which featured a Q&A session. In the next few weeks, we will conduct our member survey, which is held every two years by the Association of Illinois Electric Cooperatives.

The participants for the survey are chosen at random. Whether you've been a member for decades or only a few days, your feedback is important to us. The survey will be conducted online and only requires a few minutes of your time. It helps us focus on our membership and communities' needs, especially in the fast-changing electric industry.

No matter the circumstances, reaching out to your local co-op is easy whether we are conducting a survey or not.
